Quick look at the user journey for VEND.
1. User approaches the VEND Kiosk
The user notices the VEND kiosk setup with branded visuals and a call to action, drawing them toward the game station.
VEND’s representative greets the user, briefly explains the game, and hands over a VEND tablet, encouraging the user to get started.
2. Registration & Game Instructions
The user sees a form on the tablet screen, prompting them to enter basic information (e.g., Full name, contact number, email, city, gender etc) as a prerequisite to start the game. After submitting, a “Start Game” button appears. (Please note: The information submitted cannot be verified for authenticity)
An information button on the screen that will show the user a short on-screen guide or animation appears, outlining the game rules and objectives:
- Control a basket that moves left to right.
- Catch as many branded objects as possible within 60 seconds.
3. Gameplay Begins (60-Second Timer)
- After submitting the details, the user taps to begin, triggering the 60-second countdown timer.
- The game screen shows the basket at the bottom, controlled by swiping or tapping left and right.
- Brand-related objects start falling from the top in random order. The user must focus on positioning the basket to catch as many objects as possible.
4. Game Ends with Score Display
- After 60 seconds, the game automatically ends, and the user’s final score is displayed on a “Thank You” screen. The score highlights their achievements and encourages them to stay engaged with the brand.
- A “Thank You” message and call-to-action prompt the user to proceed with the next steps.
5. Requirements to Claim Rewards / Prizes
Since it’s an on-ground activity tablet-based game that can only be played on VEND’s tablet (In order to validate users for the prizes). VEND’s representative can ask the user to download the VEND app and register, once they download the app, they can gratify the user with incentives.
(Example: A user crosses 2000+ points, and the prize is a free MUG, but to claim the price, the user must show the registered page on VEND app, VEND’s representative can then give the user the mug). This prize can also be changed with a coupon code that can be redeemed as wallet balance on the VEND app, that will enable users to download and purchase an item.

- User Information submitted cannot be validated for authenticity, we will have basic field validations in place.
Scope of Work
- Type of Product: Bliss – Microsite game
- Access: To be accessed as a URL (eg: www.xyz.com/vendgame)
- The game URL should not be shared with any user.
- The Representative needs to open the URL on the tab and enter full screen so that the user does not see the URL.
- Tablet and infrastructure to be provided by the VEND
- English to be the primary Language
- The tablet will need an internet connection.
Technicals
- The source code for this project will be owned by (Tonic-Quicksloth)
- Server cost approximately (17 KD – 55 KD) depending on the traffic
