If your team were to add any keywords or make any changes on the Giphy platform, kindly consult us so that we can meet the guidelines of Giphy, in order for the account to not get flagged.

• Log in using your Giphy Brand Credentials

• On the top right corner of your giphy account
• Select “Dashboard”
• You can view the total number of GIFs
• You can view the total number of views / impressions
• You can view which GIF / Sticker is performing the best or has the highest number of views

• During Quick Sloth’s upload process, a unique tag is created for your brand, this tag has been researched by our team and is not currently being used by any other entity, this is known as the “main tag”
• Please note that if you use a common tag such as “Kuwait”, there are GIFs already under the tag #kuwait, so the (highest ranking / most interacted with) GIFs will pop up first

Best Practices

• The best practice for the number of tags is 8-10
• It would be recommended to remove 1-2 existing tags before adding the new ones
• To avoid the account being flagged, please avoid  unnecessary / non-relevant / a large number of spam tags
• The tags have no approval process, and are updated instantly on Giphy

What to avoid

• Do not add more than 10 tags per GIF / Sticker
• Do not add irrelevant keywords / tags / spam tags
• Do not add keywords that are against Giphy’s community guidelines

• Click on the profile picture of your brand account
• It will lead you to a page with all the uploaded GIFs & Stickers
• Select the GIF for which you would like to change the tag/keyword
• Click on edit
• Click on “x” to remove a tag, or simple add a new tag by writing the tag into the “Add tag” column
• Your changes are automatically saved
• Please note that the maximum number of tags/keywords should be between 8-10
