C - CONCEPT

Quick look at the user journey for your Dental Clinic.

1. User approaches your dental clinic/kiosk

The user notices the dental clinic kiosk setup with branded visuals and a call to action, drawing them toward the station.

the clinic’s representative greets the user, briefly explains the clinic’s services, provide a QR code, encouraging the user to scan the QR Code to see how his/her smile will look like after dental treatment.

2. Registration & Instructions

The user sees a form on the screen, prompting them to enter basic information (e.g., Full name, contact number, email, city, gender etc) as a prerequisite to use the filter. After submitting, a “Start Now” button appears. (Please note: The information submitted cannot be verified for authenticity)

An information button on the screen that will show the user a short on-screen guide or animation appears, outlining the instructions and objectives.

3. Experience Begins

  • Repose will allow users to scan their face and instantly see a virtual preview of an enhanced smile.
  • When the user smiles, they’ll see a digital overlay of whiter, straighter teeth.
  • They’ll have the option to choose from various teeth styles and shades in real time.

4. Experience Ends with a Before/After Photo

  • After the experience is complete, the page automatically ends, and the user’s before/after photo is displayed on a “Thank You” screen. The screen will encourages them to stay engaged with the brand.
  • A “Thank You” message and call-to-action prompt the user to proceed with the next steps.

5. Suggested Rewards/Prizes

For on-ground activity, the clinic’s representative can offer coupons or vouchers for users to give them an incentive to visit the clinic.
