One of the first animated TVC (Kuwait)

Television was the media and the medium in 2006 reach. It was just the dawn of social media platforms with minimal reach and calibrations.
Our attempt towards a 3D TVC was one of our experience, while there was amazing work going on around the world related to TVCs.

The client was Almutaheda Poultry Kuwait

We do not qualify our work as the best in visuals but the journey was amazing and we will talk about the efforts and compilations which gave one of the first animated TVC to Kuwait.

It was an Arabic Ad, while been produced in India, it was a challenge and experience.

01. Challenge

While working with a good team of directors and writers, it was quite challenging to adapt and simplify Arabic language with our production team back in India.
The theory of creating an animated TVC with characters depicting an Arab culture was full of curiosity.
It was quite diverse and overwhelming to bridge this gap.

02. Solution

We created a technical language to support the production of this TVC. With smart short edits, screenplays and vocal edits, the task was having an overlay of professionalism.
This helped our directors to give their insights with astonishing compilation towards one of the first animated TVC in Kuwait.

It was tedious and had a lot of run and shoot experiments yet giving us a scope to prepare for the best and worst.

03. Implementation

A thorough explanation translated into a technical professionalism which derived the vision to screen
1. Storyboard
2. Shot Edits
3. Vocal Edits

This project was implemented with professional touches in par with the efforts aligned for airing the AD.

The result: First amateur adaptation of an animated TVC in Kuwait

The result was it was done! It wasn’t one of the greatest outputs but we had to do what’s possible.
We don’t see this project as amazing, but we always will remember the journey, efforts and compilations which helped us in our future endeavors.
The TVC was aired and we had mixed praises, as 3D animation was still an amateur concept in this region.
We still boast about this project as for the striking adaptability from Arabic to get it produced overseas.
